Frequently asked
Where is my data? On your phone. Kallen has no accounts, no sign-up and no server-side user database, so nothing is tied to your identity. The AI features are the exception, and they are opt-in: once you agree on the consent screen, the app sends your intake answers, injury and diagnosis history, pain regions and notes, downscaled photos or camera frames and your chat messages over an encrypted connection to Google LLC (Gemini API), which processes them as our data processor and does not train its models on them. Our own server keeps no copy.
How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone, subscriptions are billed by Apple: open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions. On Android they are billed by Google Play: open Google Play → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions. On both you can also use Manage subscription inside Kallen. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period stays active.
I paid but Pro did not unlock. Open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. If it still does not unlock, email kacperloczek3@gmail.com with the date of purchase — we will sort it out.
How do I delete everything? Profile → System → Delete all my data, or simply delete the app: everything stored locally goes with it. There is no account and no server-side copy, so nothing remains on our side.
Can I stop the AI analysis? Yes — Profile → System lets you withdraw permission at any time, and nothing further is sent to Google LLC (Gemini API): no photo scans, no camera measurements, no camera-read tests, no coach chat, no plan updates and no background check-ins. Your routine, exercises, timers, manual tests, journal and Mobility Snacks keep running on the phone.
A note on what this app is
Kallen gives you movement education, measurements and coaching. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything. If pain is severe, worsening, or comes with warning signs, please see a qualified health professional.
