Terms of Use
PostureFix AI · Last updated: 18 August 2026
License
Use of the app is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/…/stdeula. The terms below supplement it.
Not medical advice
The app provides general education, movement coaching and AI-generated analysis. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnoses or treatment. Content marked as "patterns", scores or analyses are estimates from photos, measurements and your own answers. Always consult a qualified health professional for pain that is severe, worsening, or accompanied by warning signs, and before starting exercise if you have a medical condition. You use the exercise guidance at your own risk; stop any exercise that causes sharp pain.
AI features and your consent
The posture analysis, plan generation and coach chat are powered by the Google Gemini API, operated by Google LLC. To provide them the app sends the data listed in our Privacy Policy — your intake answers, injury, surgery and diagnosis history, pain regions and notes, measurements, downscaled photos or camera frames, and your chat messages — to Google LLC, which processes them solely as our data processor and does not use them to train its models. None of this is sent until you agree on the in-app consent screen, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in Profile → System. The rest of the app — your routine, exercises, timers, manual tests, journal and history — keeps working without it. Full detail, including retention and deletion, is in the Privacy Policy at https://runposture-api.vercel.app/legal/privacy
Subscriptions
Premium features are unlocked by an auto-renewable subscription purchased through your Apple ID. The price and period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to misuse the AI features (including submitting content you have no right to), reverse engineer the app, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
